Deepening in Meditation with Merlin

1 Day | Prerequisite: Foundational Training

This class is designed specifically to help you deepen your meditation practice and to deepen in your spiritual path. We meditate throughout the class with the Merlin mantra, which is an expression of divinity as sound & vibration. We sit with the mantra in our heart, deepening our heart into silence and divine presence.

There is also an ongoing ‘meditation transmission’ in this class, which creates pathways in consciousness to facilitate deeper meditation. These pathways are extended and deepened in the energy system with each re-taking of the class.
